Privacy Policy for the Google Play App - Mille
Last updated: November 3, 2026

1. The short version
Mille is a number puzzle game. You can play without an account. If you create one, we store your email address and your game progress so it follows you between devices. We do not sell your data, and the game shows no advertising.

2. Who we are
Mille ("we", "us", "our") is an independent game. The game is built and hosted on the Base44 platform, which provides the hosting, database, sign-in service and email delivery that run the app.
Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to CyberSportsReturns@gmail.com.

3. What we collect
- Account details — your email address, and your name if you sign in with a provider such as Google that shares it. Your password is handled by the sign-in service and is never visible to us.
- Game data — your leaderboard nickname, default difficulty, number of boards solved at each level, best solve times, daily challenge completions and your current streak.
- Leaderboard entries — the nickname and solve time you submit are shown publicly in the game to other players.
- Guest play — if you play without an account, your progress, streak and any nickname you type are stored only in your own browser on that device. They are never sent to us.
- Technical data — our hosting and database providers keep standard server records, such as IP address, browser type and error reports, to run and secure the service.
- Messages — if you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can reply.

4. How we use it
- To run the game, save your progress and restore it when you sign in.
- To display the leaderboard and let you compare times with other players.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix faults.
- To answer support questions and send you the files you ask for (for example store screenshots), always to your own account address.
- We do not sell your personal information, we do not show advertising, and we do not use your data for advertising profiles.

5. Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The game uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and, for guests, to remember progress, streak and nickname on your device. Clearing site data in your browser removes it.

6. Who we share data with
- Base44 — the platform that hosts the game, stores its data, provides sign-in and delivers its email.
- Email delivery — when you ask us to email something to you, your address and the requested files pass through the email service so the message can be sent.
- Other players — only your leaderboard nickname and solve time are visible to them. They never see your email address.
- Legal reasons — we may disclose data if the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of players or ourselves.

7. How long we keep it
Account details and game data are kept while your account exists. Leaderboard entries are kept while your account exists and are removed when you delete your account. Server records are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider. Guest data stays on your device until you clear your browser storage.

8. Deleting your data
Open Settings in the game and use "Delete account". This permanently removes your account, your game statistics and your leaderboard entries. You can also email us and we will delete your data for you. Guest progress is removed by clearing site data in your browser.

9. Children's privacy
Mille is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, or object to certain uses. You can do much of this yourself in Settings, or contact us and we will help.
If you live in California, we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we never have. You may ask us to delete your information or to tell you what we hold.
If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the performance of our agreement with you to run the game, and on our legitimate interest in keeping it secure, unless the law requires your consent.

11. International transfers
The service runs on servers operated by our platform provider, which may process data in countries other than yours. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the provider's standard data protection safeguards.

12. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and access to it is limited to what is needed to operate the game. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if something goes wrong that affects you.

13. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be announced in the game.

14. Contact
Email us at CyberSportsReturns@gmail.com with any question about this policy or your data.
